What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve families across Philadelphia, Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, and Chester counties.
Do you offer care in languages other than English?
Yes. Our team includes caregivers who speak Albanian, Italian, Spanish, and English, so families can receive care in the language they’re most comfortable with.
Are your caregivers trained and background-checked?
Every Golden Key caregiver is background checked, reference checked, and trained before they ever enter a client’s home.
What kinds of care do you provide?
We offer personal care, mobility and ambulation support, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, respite care for family caregivers, and transitional care support after a hospital stay or rehab discharge.
How do I request home care services with Golden Key?
Simply give us a call or fill out our contact form. We’ll talk through your loved one’s needs and put together a personalized care plan designed around them.
How is care paid for?
We accept Keystone and PA Health and Wellness, which cover home care services for eligible Medicaid members. Private pay is also welcome. We’ll help you figure out what you qualify for before you commit to anything.
